Vintage Wahl mechanical pencil. The pencil is engraved with floral designs and the initials "BBV". Inside, the pencil is marked "The Wahl Co. Chicago". The pencil is refillable. It shows some wear and marks. The pencil measures approx. 4". Please pm me for additional pictures.
