Vintage top hat. The hat is quite a small size. The inside opening measures 7 3/8" x 5 7/8". The hat shows some wear and marks especially on the brim at the front and back. The inside is marked "Shelton & Co. 12 Margate St. London". The top hat is 6 1/2" tall and measures 11 3/8" from front to back. Please pm me for additional pictures.
