Vintage tin baggage cart toy. The toy shows some wear marks and scratches throughout. I think someone has over-wound the key as when I move the wheels with my hand, I can hear it working and if you turn the key the wrong way you can also hear it working. The toy would have originally moved and the little bell underneath would ring. It is still a neat piece. The toy measures 12" long. Please pm me for additional pictures.
