Vintage small metal picture frame. The top of the frame is embossed with a crest that reads "The Board of Education Toronto". The backside of the frame is marked "Lackie Mfg. Co.". The frame shows some wear and marks. It originally would have held a medallion/award of some sort but could easily be re-purposed for a small picture. The frame measure s 2 3/4" tall and the round space is 1 3/8" in diameter. Please pm me for additional pictures.
