Vintage ship's bell. The bell is made of brass and shows some wear and marks throughout. It has a wall mount bracket affixed to it that pivots so it can adjust to the motion of the boat. The base of the bell is a little under 7" in diameter and it measures approx. 7 1/2" tall including the attachment piece. Please pm me for additional pictures.
