Vintage mid century modern eyeball table lamp. The lamp shows light wear and marks. I did plug it in and it does work. The on/off switch is a little finicky. There is a label inside the shade that reads "Underwriters' Laboratories Inc. Limited, Portable Lamp, Issue No. 98 725, Fostoria-Amplex, Fostoria, Ohio 44830". The lamp measures 17 1/4" tall.
