Vintage large King Bros. Circus poster. The poster shows wear, marks/light stains and some creases throughout. There are some tears along the top edge and a couple smaller ones along the sides. The poster has three paper/tape tabs attached at the top. It has a few pin holes around the edges where it was tacked up. The poster has great colours and graphics. It reads "King Bros. Circus. An All New All Different Show." There is a separate piece attached to the bottom which gives the local details. It reads "Auspices Kiwanas Club. New Liskeard Beach Circus Grounds. Wed. June 24, Street Parade 11 am." I have done some research and the poster dates from 1953. The main body of the poster measures 42" x 28". The piece on the bottom measures 27 1/2"x 9 1/2".
