Vintage Geo. Bassett & Co. candy tin. The tin is painted to look like a wicker picnic basket. It has a leather handle on the top. The tin shows wear, marks and scratches throughout. The lid is dented in a bit. One of the two latches on the front is broken. The underside of the tin reads "Geo. Bassett & Co. Ltd. Manufacturing Confectioners. Portland Street, Sheffield." The inside of the tin shows wear. It measures 7 1/4" x 5" x 3". Please pm me for additional pictures.
