Vintage Celluloid Nail Buffer With Art Deco Designs

Vintage celluloid nail buffer with art deco style designs. The buffer shows wear and marks. There is a tiny chip at one end. The base plastic has a bit of staining on the outside of each end. It measures 5 1/4". Please pm me for additional pictures.
