Vintage boat steering wheel. It is missing it's centre cap. The only identifying marks I can find are the numbers 971 - 7 C on the inside of the centre piece. The wheel shows wear, marks and scratches. It is sort of a goldish colour and someone has put silver tape accents on the cross pieces. The wheel measures approx. 16 7/8" in diameter.
