Vintage bell. The bell shows wear and marks throughout. Most of the finish is worn off. Some of the worn areas show some light surface rust. There is a small piece of wire wrapped around the top of the bell. The clanger does not allow the bell to sit completely flat on the table. It measures 3 1/2" x a little under 3 1/2".
