Vintage Automatic Trouser Presser and Stretcher. The piece has two metal labels on it which read "The Army" Automatic Trouser Presser & Stretcher (Watts's Patent). Sheffield, England. " The other reads "Austin Reed Men's Wear Stylists, London". The presser is constructed out of wood and metal with cardboard dividers. It is very well made. I believe it works similar to a flower press. The piece does show a bit of light wear and marks and one piece of wood has a split in it. It measures approx. 28" x 16" x 6 1/4". Definitely a unique and interesting piece. Please pm me for additional pictures.
