The front and back covers and spine covering show some wear and marks throughout. There is some fraying occurring at the top of the spine covering. Inside, the front cover is starting to separate a bit from the body of the book. There are some light marks/stains on the pages leading up to and including the title page. The pages throughout show a bit of yellowing due to age and a few light marks. The book measures 8 1/4" x 5 1/2". Please pm me for additional pictures.
