The front and back covers and spine covering show wear and marks throughout. Inside, the front cover is coming away a bit from the body of the book. The back side of the first blank page has been written on. The illustration page opposite the title page has a couple small tears along the outer edge. The pages throughout show some wear as well as yellowing due to age. The book measures 10" x 8". Please pm me for additional pictures.
