The American Woman's Cook Book. Edited and Revised by Ruth Berolzheimer. Published by Culinary Arts Institute, Chicago, 1948. The front and back covers and spine covering show wear and marks. The front cover has a few paper scuffs on it. The pages throughout show some wear and marks as well as some yellowing due to age. The pages with "favourite" recipes do have some light stains.
