Small open crock. Made with a very reddish clay and a mustardy coloured glaze. Perhaps Holmesville? There are several small areas where the glaze has chipped off. There is one small area on the lip that looks like a chip but is actually quite smooth. The crock has two tiny holes in the bottom. The inside shows chips around where those holes were drilled. There is also some sort of grey residue here and there on the inside of the crock. It measures approx. 7 1/2" tall and the opening is 4 1/2" in diameter. Please pm me for additional pictures.
