Old Victorian hoop skirt frame. Cloth straps go around the waist and then down to metal hoops. The cloth shows wear, marks and stains throughout. The metal shows wear and light surface rust. The straps have been tacked/hemmed up for a shorter person to wear (could be let back down by removing the stitches). The hoops measure 14" in diameter at the top and 18" in diameter at the bottom. The current length is approx. 32" from waist to bottom hoop. Please pm me for additional pictures.
