Old enamel soap dish. As you can see it was well used! The dish shows wear, marks and stains throughout. The exposed metal areas show light surface rust. It measures 6" x a little under 4". I use one like this outside to hold a bar of soap near the hose for garden clean up. Please pm me for additional pictures.
