Old Cowan's Cocoa advertising ruler. Something must have happened to the one end of this ruler at some point as it is missing the first inch or so. By the wear on the end I would say it happened quite a long time ago. The ruler shows wear and marks throughout. There are a couple of small slivers of wood missing. It measures 10 3/4" long.
