Old ceramic/stoneware pottery storage jar/canister. The jar shows heavy crazing. The jar and lid show wear and marks. There are two old paper labels on the jar. One is complete, the other is just a remnant. The complete label reads "R. Sumner & Co. Manufacturing Chemists. Liverpool. Established 1844. Unquentum Hydrarqyri Nitratis Dilutum. B.P. " The underside of the jar is stamped "Made In England". It measures a little under 6" tall and 3 7/8" in diameter. Please pm me for additional pictures.
