The front and back covers and spine covering show quite a bit of wear and marks. The corners and edges are beginning to fray. Inside, the first page is starting to come away from the body of the book. The title page has a retailer's stamp on the bottom (Cramer's Great Musical Depot, Dublin). The pages throughout show some wear and light marks as well as a bit of yellowing due to age. The book measures approx. 11 1/2" x 8 1/4". Please pm me for additional pictures.
