The front and back covers and spine covering show wear and marks throughout. There is some damage to the edge of the front cover where it meets the spine covering. The corner's of the front cover are beginning to curve up a bit. The pages throughout show light wear and marks. The last two blank pages have come away from the body of the book and show some light stains. The book measures approx. 11 1/2" x 10". Please pm me for additional pictures.
