Antique glass botanical specimen jar. Most likely from the late 19th century. The jar shows some light wear and marks. The old paper label reads "Seeds of Ikpan Citrullus Ianatus (Thumb.) Mats. & Nakai S. Nigeria 1906 Imperial Institute (75)." There is a tiny piece of cork missing along the edge. It measures 4" tall not counting the cork stopper. Please pm me for additional pictures.
