The front and back covers and spine covering show some wear and marks. There is some fraying beginning around the spine covering edges and corners. Handy measuring units are printed on the edge of the back cover. Inside, the first and second pages have a name written on them. There is some separation beginning between the front cover, pages prior to the title page and the body of the book. the pages throughout show some light wear and marks. There are some check marks by some entries. A few pages have flowers pressed between them which I have left in place. The book measures approx. 7 1/2" x 4 1/2". Please pm me for additional pictures.
